These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Class-Navi+ Chrome extension and related website at api.centerflowapp.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Class-Navi+ provides software tools that run in your browser on Kumon Class-Navi pages. Access to paid features requires an active subscription unless otherwise stated. We may update features, supported pages, or availability with reasonable notice when practical.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for activity under your account. Notify us at support@centerflowapp.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Prices and taxes are shown at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. See our cancellation policy and refund policy.

4. Acceptable use

• Use the Service only in compliance with applicable law and Kumon policies that apply to your role.
• Do not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the extension except as allowed by law.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the Service or other users’ access.

5. No affiliation

Class-Navi+ is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Kumon Institute of Education, Kumon North America, or any Kumon entity.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Class-Navi+ and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for amounts exceeding the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

8. Promotions

From time to time we may offer promotional pricing or trials. Unless stated otherwise:

• Promotions apply only to the stated period and plan.
• They cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly allowed.
• After a promotional period, standard subscription pricing applies.
• We may modify or end promotions with notice on this site or at checkout.

9. Legal and export restrictions

Class-Navi+ is digital software delivered electronically. You may not use the Service where prohibited by law or export control regulations. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws and any policies of your employer or Kumon center. We do not ship physical goods internationally or domestically.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
