This policy describes how Class-Navi+ collects, uses, and shares information when you use our Chrome extension and website.
Information we collect
- Account data: Email address and authentication data via Supabase when you sign up or sign in.
- Billing data: Subscription status and Stripe customer identifiers processed by our billing API. Full payment card numbers are handled by Stripe, not stored on our servers.
- Extension preferences: Settings and patterns you save locally in Chrome storage for your workflow.
- Usage on Class-Navi pages: The extension reads and interacts with page content only to provide its features while you use Class-Navi.
How we use information
- Authenticate you and enforce subscription access
- Process payments and support billing inquiries
- Respond to support requests
- Improve reliability and security of the Service
Service providers
We use trusted processors including Supabase (authentication/database), Stripe (payments), and Render (hosting). They process data according to their policies and our instructions.
Data retention
We retain account and billing records as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account by contacting support@centerflowapp.com.
Security
We use industry-standard practices including HTTPS and restricted API keys on the server. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
Children
The Service is intended for adult instructors and is not directed to children under 13.
International users
Data may be processed in the United States where our providers operate. By using the Service, you consent to this processing where permitted by law.
