Class-Navi+ is a monthly subscription for digital software. This policy explains how to cancel and what happens after cancellation.
How to cancel
- Open the Class-Navi+ extension popup in Chrome while signed in.
- Click Manage billing to open the Stripe Customer Portal.
- Cancel your subscription in the portal, or email support@centerflowapp.com if you need help.
When cancellation takes effect
- Cancellation stops future monthly charges. You keep access through the end of your current paid billing period unless otherwise required by law.
- We do not charge cancellation fees.
- After the period ends, paid extension features are disabled until you subscribe again.
Reactivation
You may resubscribe at any time from the extension using Stripe Checkout. Your account email and saved patterns (stored locally in Chrome) may still be available when you return.
Refunds after cancellation
Canceling does not automatically refund the current month. See our refund & dispute policy for refund eligibility.
